Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, three tests: quantitative, logical and an essay on economics. Second, an interview with two analyst of different credit teams where they checked your level of english and accounting and financial knowledge. Then, an interview with the director of the credit division and two team managers where they asked fit-type questions (why this company, why banks, why credits, strenghts and weaknesses, etc). Last, videocall interviews with 3 different New York based credit teams. These interviews usually were carried out by 3 members and they asked all sorts of questions from your background, your financial knowledge, your motivation, etc.
