Credit Trading Desk Analyst

Pretty straight forward. Contacted by recruiter and asked to schedule an interview; came in and sat down with the first Associate who turned out to be an abrasive asshole (to put it mildly). Was very confrontational and held double standards. Second was a VP and was much more amiable and chatted with me about my current position, etc.

Interview was cut short however as other associates were pulled into a call. VP informed me that next round was going to involve a pitch, however needless to say, I was not called back.

First Associate threw me off quite a bit with how aggressive and intense he was. While I admit that I did perform poorly on my own, he gave me a very bad impression of the group's culture. I've had hard ass interviewers before, but this guy was just something else.
