Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I did a screening interview with HR about two months prior to discovering that I had a superday. It was through a program that seeks to hire nontraditional or non-target candidates. I found out that I had a superday the day before I was scheduled to go. People at the company seemed really friendly. One of the MDs I interviewed with said that they had a no assholes hiring policy. This was for DCM/ Lev Fin. I found out within two days that I was not receiving a full time offer.
