Applied in mid September directly via their website (even though it was for junior summer internship)
Had a phone interview in late September regarding why JPM AM, why the position, and basic technical questions
Invited to the superday about a week later, superday first consisted of an Excel test and 2 1-on1 interviews. After, they cut half of the participants, and 5 or so remaining candidates each had an additional 1-on-1 interview with the head of research
