Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two phone interviews with associates loaded with technical questions. One on campus interview with one VP and one MD. Superday consisting of three interview with one MD, one VP and one associate.
Superday also including a financial modeling test and qualitative financial questions. Financial modeling included just calculating an income statement and then manipulating a few things in various scenarios. Qualitative questions included like: what three questions would you ask a CFO if you were talking with him over the phone?
