1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Received invitation to Online Assessment Centre after 1 week of submitting hirevue. The AC consisted of 2 1-on-1 interviews from two divisions of my choice (equity and macro).
The first interview consisted of mainly behavioral and competency questions. The second interview consisted of behavioural, motivations and competency. They were trying to walk through your logic in handling different types of situations and how you break down problems. Barely any technicals was asked.
