Finance Summer Analyst

I applied online through their careers site for the Finance Analyst Program and received an invitation through email to interview several weeks later. I made sure to read the company's website, specifically their culture and what the corporate finance division did, caught up on what was happening in the markets and news, and reviewed my finance and accounting knowledge. I went to NYC for the interview and had a 2-on-1 interview with two VPs that lasted about 45 minutes. They mainly asked behavioral questions with maybe one or two technicals. For people going into an interview, the best is to over prepared and be comfortable answering questions during the interview than to be underprepared and be scrambling for an answer.
Everyone that I met at the office and my interviewers were very polite, intelligent people and from what I could tell all enjoyed working at the firm. When they spoke of the firm culture and what the firm did, there answers were very genuine.
