Financial Application Developer

I found a job listing online for a front office Application Developer at JP Morgan. The link took me directly to their website and I applied through their online job portal. About a week after I applied I received a phone call to schedule a phone screening with someone from HR. The phone screening was mostly behavioral and we talked about my previous work experience. The HR recruiter said he would get back to me about setting up a technical phone interview. About a week later I had a phone screening with an Associate who tested me on Python. A couple of days after the phone interview a recruiter called to set up a face-to-face interview. I met 3 people--a quant, the lead developer, and a more junior developer--and was given a test in probability, an algorithm problem, a brainteaser, and a Python problem.
