Applied online. Then received invitation to do an online numerical test. About one week after the test I got a call from the HR to confirm a telephone interview over the next week. There are 2 rounds of telephone interview. The first one is from one of the team members of the current CRG team in Shanghai and it lasted for around 50 minutes. Its about 30 minutes of general questions such as education experience and internship experience. Then 20 minutes of technical questions involving valuation models and a very simple brain teaser (something that double every minute and in full size by the 60th minute, when will it grow to a quarter of its size?). Results of this round would be known in about 2-3 weeks. The next and final round of interview will be conducted by the investment banking team in HK but I haven't heart from it yet.
