1) On-Campus Recruiting Selection
This occurred after submitting resume through the on-campus career center
2) On-site SuperDay interview with 4-5 senior team members
This consisted of mainly behavioral interview questions with members of different teams within the asset management organization. The key was demonstrating a knowledge of the firm, asset management trends, and general macro-economic knowledge
3) On-site SuperDay followed by a phone interview with specific members of the Team
4) Offer
