1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had employee referral. Got contacted by recruiter for 2 hour interview at the office. Interviewed with 5 members of the team. Job was entry level, but far more "entry level" than I realized. Interview was rather long, which I found bizarre because a monkey could do the job they we're hiring for. Needless to say, I think they felt I was overqualified (which I was) and I didn't even get an offer (thankfully).
