Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Coming from a non-target school I thought I did a hell of a job with the whole process. Killed the phone interview, and to my knowledge I killed the in person interviews. The interviews were easy as cake, with half of the superday being conversational and "walk me through your resume." I only had 3 interviews on the Superday and each was around 30 minutes. If you know about how to price a bond, and you have experience with Fixed Income, you should be fine.... if your coming from a target school.
