Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was a Skype interview with two alum from my school. Very typical interview: why IB?, walk me through three financial statements, why did you pick your school?, etc.
Three weeks later I received an email out of the blue for a superday the same week. Flew out to New York for the weekend. Consisted of three 1-on-1 interviews with senior bankers. Was a very fair, but tough interview. Was mostly grilled on leadership rather than technicals. Know your leadership style and what you can improve on. They want someone who is confident but modest.
