Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Went through university recruiting pipeline as a graduate student prospective first-year analyst. Interview process consisted of initial phone screening with hiring manager (resume, why JPM, etc.), then call with associate on the team. Next we took two separate technical tests (typical Corp fin stuff - DCF/accounting/valuation). Next step was super day,, then received offer the following week.
