Investment Banking Analyst

Was referred by several employees at the firm, and resume was put into a company database. About a month later was contacted by the staffing manager of a specific group within investment banking, reaching out to schedule a first round phone interview. After the first round phone interview, which was all behavioral, I was flown out for a superday. The superday consisted of 3 interviews: one fully technical, one on my resume and background, and one more behavioral as well as markets/bigger picture related.

They were willing to schedule my superday 2 days earlier than the superday for other candidates, so I didn't hear back about my offer the same day. After two days, they gave me a call with the offer shortly after finishing up the interviews of their other candidates.
