Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial communication started with an email about location preferences and interview scheduling. 2 phone calls that lasted about 30 minutes: one with an analyst, the other with an associate. Both asked behavioral and technical questions. Both were very clear about the interview timelines. I knew I did not get an offer when the timeline passed.
