Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The hiring process was very long. It began with an information session in October. We then had at least two coffee chats per week through December. The actual interview process was a first round interview (3 interviews, one day). The second round interview was a super day (5 interviews, one day). Half of the interviews were technical (valuation and case study). The other have were behavioral.
