Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I interviewed for JPM CIB Risk summer analyst through my school's OCR program. The interviews consisted of 2 rounds of 2 on 1 interviews, one on campus and one at HQ. The interviewers were all MDs, with most of the questions dealing with applying technical knowledge to a situation at hand (i.e. What are some risks that Facebook might face; If you were looking to buy a small business, how would you evaluate the business)
