Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was 2 on one - 2 MDs interviewed me. Most of it was behavioral, but they asked a couple technical questions. They did not really ask the typical behavioral questions, but were more creative in their approach and definitely went off the book. I enjoyed my conversation with them, but I think they were looking for just a little more.
