Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round interview consisted of 2 phone interviews: one "normal" one and one stress test, meaning that the interviewer will intentionally ask you tough questions and grill you on every single detail. I got grilled on my past start-up experiences and a model I did in my previous internship. I was very calm and defensive to all the tough questions and critisism he threw at me, and so I guess that's what won me superday. At superday, there were 4 back to back interviews with 1 of them being stress test. Same format except the questions were more qualitative and behavioral, and focused a lot on "fit" and your personalities. Got an offer through phone call in the same day
