Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Odd recruiting process. Was initially told I would get 4 phone interviews, then HR said it was a mistake and that I would only have 2 phone interviews for my first round. Only 1 person ended up reaching out to me for an interview. The interview went well and was mostly focused on valuation. Formula for WACC, different valuation methodologies, which is highest, etc. Some behaviorals, but nothing out of the ordinary. I really don't know why I was dinged. Clicked well with interviewer
