Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My experience was pretty comprehensive. I had three phone interviews with an Analyst, Associate and a Vice President before being invited to a super day. Each interview was about 30 minutes long and pretty balanced between behavioral questions and technicals. The technicals were some standard guide questions, variations of standard questions that require you to think, and then some that required a bit of mental math regarding EV, Equity Value and P/E. The people were all very friendly and I enjoyed my experience. JPM has a great culture.
