What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online, where apart from CV and cover letter I answered a few open questions. After a few weeks I got a phone call and was told that I got the phone interview. The interview was competencies-based with mainly behavioural questions, all of which are listed on their website. The interviewer was extremely nice and I was not nervous at all. I got an offer in 2 weeks after the interview.
