Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First off, I applied online. Had to send in CV + answer two questions: "Why JPMorgan and why should we choose you?" & "Describe a recent news article related to JPM".
Thereafter, I was contacted via phone. Interested in personality fit and some technical knowledge regarding relevant factors for option pricing etc. (example: what happens with the price of a call option if the volatility increases for the underlying asset, and why?).
