Applied for this JPMorgan Spring Week program based in Bournemouth online after seeing an advertisement on social media. Online application consisted of "why do you think you should get this job" and "write about a recent news item that grabbed your attention and how it would affect JPMorgan's business". After this, a telephone interview was scheduled. During this, I got some experience questions ("name an example of a time you..") and more general, geoeconomic questions ("what do you think is the future of energy?"). Received an offer a month or two later.
