Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Relatively easy phone interview, just did not really see the point of doing a years worth of IB as a junior analyst with lower money than a 1st year. Then you are supposed to be "funneled" into the 3-year program at JP. So that would leave me around 27-28 years old coming out of an Analyst position not sure thats how I want to spend my next 4-years.
