Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process started in January with the bunch of candidates going through a multiple stage process. First type of interview was with a current JA, who asked a variety of fit question and technical questions. The program is a one year trial period for non-targets to see if they can hack it, and then receive a return 3 year offer. Superday in NYC consisted of around 10 other applicants, with a ranking phase where you would be racked and stacked after interviewing 3 people. Got placed as backup candidate, and did not progress past this point. Interview was made to look like you performed really well, but there is heavy unconscious bias.
