Junior Analyst (Investment Banking)

Very quick interview process. I had a phone screen with a recruiter (all behavioral), heard back about a week later and scheduled a call with an Analyst on the team. That call was mostly behavioral with a few basic technicals peppered in (80/20 behavioral/technical split). I heard back a few days later and was invited to the Superday at their office in SF. There were 30 people interviewing for 1 spot on ECM and HC, then 2 spots on TMT. The day began with three one-on-one interviews, 2 of which were behavioral, 1 of which was all technical (above average difficulty). There was then a break where everyone left the office for about an hour and the hiring team made cuts to half the group. I didn't make it past the cut, but I believe there was some sort of group project/presentation done.
