Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries Summer Analyst

Applied online through website in July. A week or two after was sent a hirevue, completed it very shortly after. Heard nothing back until mid September, during which I received an email inviting me to the Superday. There was a reception the night before where all the interviewees (around 17 of us for 10 spots) basically mingled with people from the office. In the morning there were two groups, a morning and afternoon group, and you only knew the night before which one you were in. The Superday consisted of 4 interviews, 3 of them being 2 on 1 and the last one for me was 1 on 1. There was also a case study that you had to present during one of the interviews. You received the case study along with Superday invite email. I was not asked a single technical question, all behavioral and Why? questions. The case study basically gave you a company or entity that JPMC had partnered with before and some data about them, and then you decided why this was or was not a good idea. It was a good opportunity to demonstrate understanding of what JPMC commercial banking is and what they do or would do in assessing potential partners/clients. Superday was on a Friday and I received the offer late on Monday.
