Please describe the interview / hiring process.
- Phase 0: 2 interviews in Lisbon, basically to explain me the position and have a 3 hours (!) chat with me to check if I had the profile that they were looking for (no technical questions)
- 1st Round: 1 case in which we had 45 min to analyse 3 stocks and prepare a pitch to a potential client; plus 3 interviews competency based with a bit of market awareness and technical questions
- 2nd round: 4 technical and market awareness interviews
- 3rd round: 4 random interviews with brain teasers, math questions, competency based questions
