Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Online application + tests.
2. Two 1-on-1 interviews. A mix between competency/fit/CV questions, market views, and brainteasers.
3. Assessment centre/Super day. Full day incl. lunch and a lot of networking. Only typical AC aspect is a case study presentation -- everything else was just meeting with different desks and groups that were hiring.
