A recruiter came to my school for a formal recruiting event. I had 3 rounds of group interviews all very straightforward lasting about 2 hours in total. Focus on common behavioral interview questions and you'll be fine. Be friendly; the culture in the Newark location is very open. I worked as an intern during the school year and then during the summer for their official summer analyst program.
