began with applying online answering 3 standard motivational questions (why JP? Why Ops? Why london?.
then was sent verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning test to complete.
next step was invitation to an assessment center. Involved 2 interviews with VPs (very motivational/competency rather then technical)
moved on to a group task which was just reviewing information packs and coming to a conclusion on what areas to improve.
then a presentation on what you decision is.
and a written task where you are just writing emails.
