Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very nice process. I found it on Linkedin, applying in JP Morgan site. Got contacted after a week by two different HR employees. Provided availability, and then scheduled two interviews with two different Vice Presidents. Very enjoying interviews with them. Two weeks after got an email to schedule a call with HR to ask for basic requirements and almost confirmed that I got hired. Still waiting to talk about compensation and then sign the contract.
