Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Walked into 10+ branches in nyc to introduce myself to branch manager. If you manage to get by bankers trying to sell you a crecit card or checking account, just pitch branch manager on your sales acumen and hunger to sell. Was invited back to a few branches for 1x1 interview. Afterwards invited back to speak to district manager, then phone interview with market manager (basically a phone screen to make sure you can speak english and aren't completely worthless) and offer within 2-3 days of phone interview.
