Private Bank Analyst

I applied online and through my college career service website. I got an email from HR saying they would like to do a phone interview in two weeks. There were about four or five interviewers asking me questions, which was very intimidating being my first phone interview. They asked about past internships, leadership activities, why I was interested in the company, what I knew about the division, how I would invest $1,000,000, ect. About a week later they contacted me to come into the office for a super day. I rotated through different directors, all asking me basically the same standard questions: Why they should hire me, how would I deal with a client/co-worker who disagreed with me, what type of team experience I had, ect. Two weeks later they called giving me an offer.
