Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was interviewing within JPM to move from the Investment Bank to the Private Bank. In hindsight, I should have spent more time getting to know the team and the actual job responsibilities. I also did not realize that the Private Bank has a very different process for analysts after completing the analyst program and becoming an associate. The process involves interviewing for various roles, and the option to stay on your current team is not always available.
