Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Began with a basic pymetrics asking behavioral questions seeing how I would fit within the Private Bank. After a couple days, I had a phone call with a recruiter who asked me more behavioral questions in how I would act within teams and with clients. They seemed to want organized and outgoing personalities that could relate with HNW and UHNW client books. Got a general rejection email and was thus not selected for the superday.
