Proud to Be event

Unlike other LGBT programs where it is usually just a resume submission, for JPM's Proud to Be, you submit your resume and if you are qualified, you will go through 2 phone interviews (usually with alumni) and about 2 weeks after be given a final decision on your admit. The 2 phone interviews were vastly different, one asked several technical questions whereas the other we just talked about random stuff and had a fun convo. I guess it ultimately depends on the interviewer.
