Please describe the interview / hiring process.

I was about to graduate in August 2016, so I applied online for a qualitative research position (in columbus, Ohio). It takes about three weeks time before the HR department call me. They first simply walk through my resume with me and ask questions about my research. Then there comes the cliche, "why this company", "knowledge about this company", etc.. This whole process takes about half an hour. Then an on site interview is scheduled for two weeks later. On site interview asks question about probability, stochastic calculus, c++ programming, anything you listed on your resume.
