1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was invited for a first phone interview which was standard quant questions. Then, a second phone interview, which was mostly programming and brain teaser.
Then invited on site and had 3 rounds on one to one interview, one from a front office quant, one model validation team and one from a risk management group. They asked very standard questions. I got the offer a few days later.
