The application process is as follows: You have to write three essays of 200-300 words each (the questions are basically about your possible contribution to JPM and this particular program), fill out the form and upload your cv. You'll get a confirmation mail after submitting your complete application. Also, you have to complete an online numerical test. If I remember correctly, I had to answer 20 questions in 20 minutes. You can practice these tests before, just google them. All investment banks use similar tests (except for BNP Paribas).

If they are interested, they'll invite you to a first round telephone interview which will last for one hour. In order to schedule the interview, you'll get another mail so that you can choose from available time slots and send them your telephone number.

A guy from the quant division called me. First, I had to take him through my cv. Thereafter, he was talking a lot about JP Morgan and what makes JPM stand out from its competitors. Basically, this is about your interest in finance, the particular program and the company. Learn about the structure of JP morgan, what every division is doing and how this affects your role. The second part consisted of technical questions. Be prepared to to answer questions about probability statistics (distributions, its moments, confidence intervals) and option pricing (black scholes).
