Risk management intern

I did an accelerated interview program called Winning Women for risk management in the corporate and investment banking division. Filled out an online application and then got an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted ~30 minutes, and was mostly fit questions, and was told that I'd hear back within a week. Got an email saying I'd been accepted for the Super Day, scheduled travel and hotel and all that. Day of the interview had a networking breakfast, Lean In-themed, followed by 3 1-on-1 interviews with 2 directors and a VP. The interviewers were friendly, very interesting to talk to, and mostly fit questions. Only had one non-fit question, which was market-sizing (estimating the revenue of a company). I would say expect the interviewer to be intense and aggressive so that you're not taken aback if they are. Stay calm even if you feel like you're not doing well.
