Sales & Trading Summer Analyst

After attending a few networking events on campus, I applied online and heard back a few weeks later. First step was a phone interview with someone on a desk. Questions were a mix of fit, why JPM/S&T, and markets. Then, heard back about superday the following week. Superday consisted of 3 1-on-1 interviews, which were primarily fit based, but had a couple technicals/markets mixed in. This was probably because I preferenced "sales" over trading or structuring. Other people who were more interested in trading got more technical and math-oriented questions. All interviewers were extremely friendly and down to earth.
