Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online in November to a graduate position. Got propose to switch to the spring internship programme in January. The recruiter said there was a good conversion rate. Received a propossal to go to Assessment centre in January.
Assessment centre consisted of a networking snacks with current analysts, a case study (45 min prer / 15 min talk) then 2 1-to-1 interviews.
