I saw the job posting of an applicant on TikTok, so I decided to apply. I sent my CV, and they contacted me via email. After that, I had to do an interview through Hirevue, where they asked me about the reasons why I wanted to apply to the program (it was in London), how I should use machine learning, what I expected from myself in about 5 years, and how I would handle a high-pressure environment
