Spring Week

Online applications open relatively early, deadline was end of December. Although the company mentions they recruit on a rolling bases, I only got my invitation for the interview at the end of December, although I applied in September.
The online application was relatively standard for a spring week: CV, grade list, and some fit/behavioural questions.
I only had one phone interview after that. We were supposed to be called by somebody from the team to make an appointment, however I never got a call and so I emailed HR. The next day I got a call for setting up the interview a few days later. The interview was really nice, basically a nice conversation. They don't expect any technical skills from spring week attendees although it is highly recommended. The interview was more about fit questions and many behavioural questions like tell me about a time....
After about a week I got called by HR offering me a spot for the SW.
