Spring Week Intern

I first went to a University event they were hosting. This was really helpful. The people from JP I talked to at the event were all friendly; one of them gave me their business card and and then answered questions by email and offered to meet up during the week. Similarly the member of HR who was there was organising the interview and remembered me from the event.

The online application form was fairly standard, with three questions wanting about 200 words each. These were 'Why JP Morgan', 'Tell us about a recent development in our industry' and 'when have you showed personal responsibility in a role'. After submitting that I did an online test which was mainly graph and percentage based.

The interview day comprised of two 30 minute interviews. First one was fairly competency based with one thinking outside the box style problem. The second one was less structured as consisted of a chat about two different projects I had been involved with. Both interviewers were friendly.
