Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round trading interview for JPM. Was conducted by alumni by luck of the draw, as he indicated he had interviewed students at other schools as well. Was offered super day for a later time and date. Obtained through attending networking reception for non-target schools and then submitted an application online after networking extensively and speaking with HR.
