Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and received email confirmation for a phone interview. The phone interview was with a fixed income trading VP and it was very behavioral. overall i think the process went very smoothly and the phone interview was quite easy. I heard back in a week and was scheduled for a superday in NY. They flew me out and put me up in a hotel and I interviewed the next day and Flew out after. 4 1-on-1 30 minute interviews with various M.D.'s and V.P.'s.
